A slow garden brunch, every single day.

From nine in the morning, the garden fills with the smell of fresh bread and sweet mint. Our brunch is a generous, unhurried table, flaky msemen and baghrir with honey and argan, eggs and garden salads, seasonal fruit, yoghurt and a tray of the trainees' best pastries.

Come as you are, linger as long as you like, and let the women look after you. A pot of fresh mint tea, poured high and frothy, comes with every table. Reservations are recommended, especially at weekends.

Served daily, 9:00–15:00 in the garden, Sundays included. From 180 MAD per person; little ones eat for less.

Let our women cater your celebration.

Amal offers a high-quality, A-to-Z catering service. We plan your event with you — a coffee break, brunch, buffet or sit-down meal, of any size — and take care of food, flatware, tables and everything in between. We've catered everything from a coffee break for 10 to a full-course meal for 800, and our team has been catering since 2017.

Book the garden for a private gathering, or let us bring Amal to your venue. Every event you host turns a celebration into training, employment and dignity for the women in our kitchens.

Break the fast at our table.

During the holy month, Targa opens for ftour, a warm, generous iftar shared in the garden as the sun sets. Harira and dates, briouats, msemen, sweets and tea, served the moment the call to prayer sounds.

Our Ramadan tables fill quickly, and they're worth the wait. Join the waitlist and we'll be in touch the moment dates are confirmed for the season.

“The cooking class was the highlight of our whole trip. We made tagine, msemen and pastries with our teacher Touria, who was so patient and proud of her recipes. Then we sat in the garden and ate everything we cooked. Knowing it all supports the women here made it even sweeter.”

“We came for the daily brunch and stayed for hours. Fresh baghrir and msemen with honey and argan, garden salads, fruit and the best mint tea poured high at our table. The setting is calm and green, the women are warm, and the food is honest and generous. We will be back every time we are in Marrakech.”

“Lovely garden setting and a meaningful mission you can feel in every dish. We did a private cooking class for a birthday and the team made it special. A little tricky to find the first time, so allow a few extra minutes, but completely worth it. Wonderful people doing important work.”
